The owner manager of the Comfort Inn in the picturesque South Australian town of Victor Harbour has been using Ezylink for about 6 years and would not be without it.

Tony Borillo first heard about Ezylink from another hotelier and thought it was worth a try to see if it reduced time spent on data entry.

“The initial set up took a couple of hours with someone on site and then I needed to be involved to input the correct codes for income expenditure to connect with the accounting software.  That took a little bit of time on the installation day but for our 18-room hotel we haven’t needed to do much else to Ezylink since then.”

Mr Borillo said he has reached out a couple of times for support when adding additional codes and he’s been able to get the answer he needed when he needed it. Most times though he hasn’t needed an answer urgently.

As a busy business owner with a lot to manage on and off-site, Mr Borillo estimates Ezylink saves him at least an hour each day on data entry. “I would definitely recommend Ezylink to other hotel businesses, it’s just simple, once all your codes are in with two or three clicks the days accounting is recorded.”
