After years of manually entering point of sale (POS) or stock purchase data into the pharmacy’s accounting system, the team decided to look for a more efficient solution. In 2014, they had Ezylink installed to connect their Minfos POS system to their MYOB accounting program and haven’t looked back.
Ms Emery estimates Ezylink has saved her almost a day per week since no longer requiring the double entry of invoices. With Ezylink installed, it is now just a quick process of matching the invoice numbers to the statements on the screen in MYOB.

Ms Emery said the process for installation was straightforward, and she has barely had to speak to tech support in the eight years the pharmacy has been using Ezylink. “If I have had a problem at our end, I’ve just emailed or phoned and someone has replied back to me straight away with an answer,” Ms Emery said.
